A friend recommended this course to me, on the basis of recommendations to her. Basically, learn how to stop crashing (or not riding things because you're scared of crashing)!

There are some courses coming up in August and September with places left. I'm thinking of going along to Lee Quarry in September (3 places left, if any of you want to join me :-)
